Wisdom Wellness Coaching was founded in 2019 by Mama Jane Snyder, a Catholic Womanhood Coach dedicated to helping women heal mentally, emotionally and spiritually so they can live with clarity, peace and confidence.

What began as a vision to pour wisdom into the next generation has grown into a mission to strengthen women, couples and families in their God-given dignity and purpose.

Together with her niece and co-host, Mama Vicki Valencia, they lead women to embrace womanhood as a gift, not a burden. They teach that a woman's cycle is God's design - a path to self-knowledge, deeper prayer, and holiness. Through coaching, education, and community, women learn to trust their bodies, heal interior wounds, walk closer to God in freedom and peace.

Meet MAMA JANE Snyder

The name "Mama Jane" was given to me while serving women at a Catholic pregnancy center. I learned that when a woman feels safe, seen and supported, real healing begins. That maternal way of accompanying women became the heart of my work- and the name stayed.

Today, I walk with women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are in their season of life. Through prayerful, Catholic coaching rooted in spiritual motherhood, mindset renewal, and emotional healing women move from confusion to clarity, from self-criticism to peace and from fear to confidence in God's plan.

Most women, after their first session, say, "I feel understood for the first time in years."

I became a mother at nineteen, scared and unsure, yet met by women who loved and supported me when I needed it the most. That experience shaped my life's mission: to be the steady, wise presence every new mother deserves.

Now, as a nurse, Lactation Consultant, and mother of eight, I walk with women in the tender seasons of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I bring decades of experience, calm confidence, and deep trust in how God designed your body to nurture life.

Women come to me feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or alone. The leave feeling capable, peaceful and deeply supported.
