5. You understand that all comments and ideas offered by WWC are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving the defined goals you create with WWC.

6. You understand that, to the extent our work together involves interpersonal or intrapersonal work or career, WWC does not promise outcomes, including but not limited to increased well-being or career success.

You understand that WWC will protect your information as confidential unless you state otherwise in writing.

Group Coaching and Recording Sessions

1. You understand that group coaching calls are recorded and available for members of the WWC online communities to view now and in the future.
Intial:

You understand that by participating in group coaching, you agree to be recorded and to have your session available for viewing within WWC online communities.

3. You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge WWC, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees

from every claim, suit action, substantial right, demand, or right to compensation for damages.

4. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to You to sign this agreement.

PAYMENT TERMS

2. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and accept that WWC uses various third-party vendors and software to process payments (i.e., Stripe, HubSpot Payments, PayPal, Shopify, and QuickBooks).

CONFIDENTIALITY

1. Personal or business information you provide during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.

2. If you are participating in a recorded group coaching session, you will be notified in advance that the session will be recorded and available for replay in the WWC membership areas.

Participants in group coaching sessions know the sessions will be available for replay, and they are fully responsible for protecting their privacy regarding what they share in these sessions.
