1. For legal purposes, you understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that WWC is not professionally licensed by any United States body, even though the sessions may take place in the United States.

3. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during your coaching and/or training sessions and, subsequently, for your choices and decisions.

4. You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

5. You understand that all comments and ideas offered by WWC are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving the defined goals you create with WWC.

You have the ability to give your informed consent and hereby give such consent to WWC to assist you in achieving such goals, and you understand that results are not guaranteed.

6. You understand that, to the extent our work together involves interpersonal or intrapersonal work or career, WWC does not promise outcomes, including but not limited to increased well-being or career success.

You understand that WWC will protect your information as confidential unless you state otherwise in writing.

If you report child, elder abuse, or neglect, or threaten to harm yourself or someone else, you understand that necessary actions will be taken, and your confidentiality agreement will be limited in this capacity.

Group Coaching and Recording Sessions

1. You understand that group coaching calls are recorded and available for members of the WWC online communities to view now and in the future.

You understand that by participating in group coaching, you agree to be recorded and to have your session available for viewing within WWC online communities.

You understand that you will not have any right to demand removal or editing of your coaching on a group coaching session, and that you are solely responsible for your own representation and disclosure on group coaching calls.

2. You understand that the use of technology is not always secure, and you accept the risks to confidentiality associated with email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, and other technologies.

3. You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge WWC, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees

from every claim, suit action, substantial right, demand, or right to compensation for damages.

You may claim to have or that You may have arising out of, or in connection with, acts or omissions by myself or by WWC as a result of the advice given by WWC or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

4. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to You to sign this agreement.

This agreement shall bind You, Your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Fees can be paid online by debit or credit card. If you request receipts, they will be sent by email unless otherwise requested.

2. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and accept that WWC uses various third-party vendors and software to process payments (i.e., Stripe, HubSpot Payments, PayPal, Shopify, and QuickBooks).

WWC does not retain credit card numbers and banking information.

CONFIDENTIALITY

1. Personal or business information you provide during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.

This information will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior permission, save where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to you or someone else.

2. If you are participating in a recorded group coaching session, you will be notified in advance that the session will be recorded and available for replay in the WWC membership areas.

Participants in group coaching sessions know the sessions will be available for replay, and they are fully responsible for protecting their privacy regarding what they share in these sessions.

Information disclosed during group coaching sessions will not be treated as confidential; by sharing and participating in a group coaching session, you acknowledge this.

GOVERNING LAW

This contract is governed by U.S. Federal, TX State, and EL PASO County Law, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, disagreement, proceeding, or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract
